Neville Huxham - Executive Manager: Africa
Neville has extensive management experience in mining operations, particularly in Africa, where he played a key role in Malawi’s major uranium mining development.  He is a specialist in Government/Community Relations, Communication and CSR, and has worked for leading multi-national mining organisations at senior executive level in numerous  African countries, as well as in Australia, Europe, UK, Russia, Siberia (Sakha Republic) and Kazakhstan.


Lisungu Banda - Accountant
Lisungu is a qualified accountant with significant resources experience. A Malawian national based in Globe’s Lilongwe office, Lisungu is responsible for all financial reporting related to Globe’s Projects in Malawi. Prior to joining Globe in 2008, Lisungu held the position of Company Accountant with Macsteel.
Lisungu is currently studying the CIMA professional Scheme and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi (ICAM) (formerly Society of Accountants in Malawi).


Chrispine Ngwena - Geologist
A geologist, Chris has worked extensively in the minerals exploration sector for more than 13 years, focusing on the extraction of coal, zinc, gold, uranium, niobium, tantalum and zircon. A Malawian national, Chris joined Globe from Geological Survey Department of Malawi and briefly worked for Saurus Resources Limited in 2007 bringing with him a wealth of experience.
He has been managing the definitive feasibility study for Kanyika Niobium Project and also involved in all the exploration projects for Globe, and responsible for all the Environmental Monitoring activities for Kanyika Niobium project. He has worked for Globe in projects both in Malawi and in Mozambique and is well experienced in initiating projects and also in handling the communities in project areas. He has just completed his studies in Masters of Science in Project Management with University of Bolton and has vast experience in managing projects in Africa.
